B-FIT

B-Fit is our take on a bootcamp class. You can expect an exciting cardio blast, fun music and great people all working towards reaching their health goals.

Our SWEAT class offers a 30+ minute workout centered around cardio and conditioning. This class focuses on longer periods of continuous movement, allowing you to enhance your endurance, pacing, and overall fitness level.
